- Definitions
In these Terms of Business the following definitions apply:
“The Company”, “We”, “Us” – means

“Cleaner”, “Cleaning Operative” – means the person or firm providing cleaning services on behalf of the Company.
“Customer” or „Client„– means the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act 2006 to whom the cleaning service is supplied by the Company.
“Customer’s Address” – means the address where the Customer has requested the cleaning service to be provided.
“Service”, “End of Tenancy Cleaning”, “EOT”, “Move In / Out Cleaning”, Deep Cleaning” , After Builders Cleaning” „Office Cleaning„– means the cleaning service carried out on behalf of the Company.
“Cleaning Visit” – means the visit to the Customer’s service address by the Cleaner in order to provide the cleaning service.
“Website” means the website located at https://besthouseclean.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it;
- Contract
These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between the Company and the Client.
Both parties shall ensure that their respective responsibilities under this agreement are undertaken in compliance with all statutory regulations and codes of conduct.
The Client agrees that any use of the Company’s services, including placing an order for services by telephone, email or https://www.besthouseclean.com shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of the Company, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Client.
No variation or alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a director of the Company.
- Regulat Domestic Cleaning Services
The customer agrees to provide supplies and equipment required by the cleaner, unless otherwise agreed with Us. All equipment and supplies should be in safe working order.
If the customer requires Best Housekeep Limited to provide cleaning supplies and equipment on their behalf, the customer understands that an appropriate charge will be applied.
- Contracted cleaners and sub contractors
The Company reserves the right to use contracted cleaners and/or sub contractors for any of its cleaning services and without providing any prior notification.
- Cancellations
If you cancel or change your cleaning appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, we will charge you a £20 cancellation fee. Cancelling your service more than 48 hours in advance of the appointment, will incur no charges.
The cleaning company has the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned cleaning team.
The Customer is liable for any mistakes they make in regards to incorrect bookings. If a booking dates is incorrect, we will charge you a £20.
The Customer can reschedule or cancel the appointment over the phone or by e-mail (office@besthouseclean.com).
6. Duration Of Termination Of The Agreement
The user agreement begins after the confirmation of registration to the CUSTOMER or with the first cleaning visit and is concluded for an indefinite period.
The user agreement can be terminated by both parties immediately at any time. The cancellation must be in writing e-mail to office@besthouseclean.com or on the other side the company sends email or message to the customer.
- If you provide content for our Site
If you provide any material to our Site for example, by providing ratings and reviews, comments, articles or uploading any other content in any format , you agree to grant us permission, irrevocably and free of charge, to use the User Content (including adapting it for operational or editorial reasons) in any media worldwide, for our own marketing and promotional activities and our internal business purposes which may include providing the User Content to selected third party partners, service providers and networking sites.
- Insurance
The Company has Public and Employer’s liability insurance. The policy will cover accidental damages caused by an operator working on behalf of the company, reported within 24 hours of service date.
Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewelry, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to disclose any confidential documents.
In the case of damage/breakages, Best Housekeep Limited will pay for repair of the item or, if repair is not possible, credit the customer with its current cash value in order for like-to-like replacement. This liability only applies once payment for the cleaning services has been received in full.
- Complaints & Claims
The customer accepts and understands that the complaints are accepted in writing (letter or e-mail to office@besthouseclean.com). Complaints must be reported on completion or in the following 24-hour.Failure to do so will entitle customer to no refunds or recovery cleanings.
All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewelry, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.
- Payments
The Client’s agrees and authorizes Best Housekeep Limited to charge any outstanding amount owed to Best Housekeep Limited with regards to the cleaning services provided up to the total amount of the booked services to the debit/credit card the Client’s has provided.
Client understands that any ‘late payments’ may be subject to additional charges.
If payment is not made after 30 days of invoice then the account will be passed to a collections agency, after which a charge of 15% on top of the initial invoice due, will be added to the debt. You agree as part of this contract to pay this sum which represents our reasonable costs in collecting the unpaid amounts.
All payments must be maid in Great Britain Pounds.
- Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.
